Yes, all sessions do require a signed contract between the client(s) and the photographer before the start of the session.  The purchaser/client may seek counsel with an attorney prior to the signing of the contract. 

Absolutely, dogs are welcome. Please be aware that any pets including dogs are the responsibility of their owner(s). Pet owner(s) retain all responsibility and liability for any pets they choose to bring before, during, and after the session.

All travel expenses are based on the distance between the selected location and Dabblers Studio address. The first 30 miles roundtrip of travel are included for the 1st selected location. All miles beyond the 1st selected location or in excess of 30 miles roundtrip of the 1st selected location are charged at $0.63 per mile.

No, all venue fees (known and unknown) permitting a photographer are the responsibility of the purchaser/client. It is the client's responsibility to secure the venue and pay all fees by the venue that is associated with the permits or permissions of a photographer on-site.

Yes, a 50% non-refundable retainer fee is due at the time of scheduling the session or signing of the agreement "contract".

Post-processing may take up to 10 business days. Please expect to be notified within two weeks via text messaging or e-mail with instructions on how to access your online viewable gallery.  Upon receipt, of the viewable online gallery, you will be granted permission to download the allowable number of images per the purchased package description. 

Yes, upon receipt of the viewable online gallery. You will be granted access to download the allowable number of images per the purchased package description. Any additional image may be downloaded for an additional cost from the online gallery.

JPEG, all images will be delivered in an online viewable gallery in a downloadable JPEG format. RAW images will not be provided or distributed. Dabblers Studio and associated photographer(s) reserve all rights to RAW images.
